When undertaking a Project Management role for a Client, we focus on the detailed handling of the scheme and the co-ordination of the project team. Our Project Managers have excellent communication and organisation skills, which are essential ingredients in the success of a project. Risk identification is a permanent fixture on our agenda and the management of risk is maintained throughout the project cycle.
We often undertake a Feasibility Study prior to the start of a project. This can be invaluable in assessing the number of alternative, viable options which are equally suitable to satisfying a Client’s needs.
In some situations, a Client may face challenges, which are property or construction related for which they may not have in-house experience. In such situations we can fulfil a Client Advisor Role where we provide experienced staff to sit on the Client’s side to look into the issues and provide a forward strategy to follow.

Construction Projects often require skills that cut across a large number of disciplines. We have a wide range of experts available in-house to call on as and when their knowledge and support is necessary. Within our skilled Practice, we can draw on - among others - Structural Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors, Dilapidation Experts, Architects and Associated Technical Support.
Our Project Managers are RICS Qualified Chartered Surveyors.
McAndrew Martin takes independent control of a project, working closely with clients to deliver complete satisfaction. We develop technical briefs and design concepts; manage planning, tendering and procurement risks, budgeting and cost reporting for refurbishment and new-build projects.
We oversee quality, commissioning, snagging and handover of the building to the client.
Regular monitoring of work at all levels and appropriate lifelong learning initiatives are constantly maintained to ensure that our clients consistently receive the best service available.
