Project Management

Project Management is the discipline of controlling time and budget and so one of the important roles of a Project Management is to understand the bespoke requirements of any given brief from the drawing board through to execution in an efficient, comprehensive and cost-effective way to give maximum Client satisfaction.
Construction Projects often require skills that cut across many disciplines and we have a wide range of experts available in-house to call on as and when their knowledge and support is necessary. Within our Multi-Disciplinary Practice, we can draw on a number of skills in-house including – Chartered Architects, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Structural Engineers as well as Building Surveyors.
Our Project Managers are RICS Qualified Chartered Surveyors, as well as our other staff belonging to other Professional bodies including CIBSE, IMechE and IStructE.
After working in the industry for many years we have faced all types of challenges which have been overcome and enable a wealth of experience to be called on going forward. Our Project Managers have excellent communication and organisation skills, which are essential ingredients in the success of a project. Risk identification is a permanent fixture on our agenda and the management of risk is maintained throughout the project cycle.
We are able to offer Full Project Management as well as Principle Designer Role or any other Client Advisory Role as required. We are also able to help at any stage from Feasibility Study to Witnessing and Commissioning.
