Our innovative project with Brewers Sales and Lettings to convert a disused toilet block into new offices has scooped honours at prestigious design awards in Portsmouth.
Our expert architectural department designed The Old Loos at Drayton as a new headquarters for Brewers Sales and Lettings on its relocation from Cosham.
Judges named the two-storey development as among the best buildings in Portsmouth when they awarded it a commendation in the Best Re-Use category at the Portsmouth Society’s Design Awards.

What are you up to this weekend? If you’re out and about, you may want to pop down to see Sir Ben Ainslie’s Land Rover BAR yacht racing headquarters at the Camber.
The base has been newly crowned as the South East overall Project of the Year by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
It scooped the prestigious honour at the organisation’s awards ceremony in Brighton last night and now goes through to the national finals.
It beat off rivals from Hampshire, Berks, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Kent to claim the sought-after title.

Our Consultant Ken Veness has hit the headlines with a story about his recent award making the news.
He was recently honoured with Lifetime Membership of the Portsmouth Property Association (PPA) in recognition of his dedication and long service.

Congratulations to our Consultant Ken Veness on being awarded Honorary Life Membership by the Portsmouth Property Association (PPA).
Former PPA Chairman Ken received the accolade in recognition of his long service and dedication to the property sector and the PPA.
Ken, who has more than 40 years of experience, said: “It’s a tremendous honour to be recognised by my peers in this way and my sincere thanks go to all at the PPA.
“Although the industry has changed in many ways over the years, the PPA’s commitment to excellence among its membership has remained the same.

We’re looking forward to the annual Portsmouth Property Association (PPA) charity dinner tonight at the Royal Maritime Club.
Our director Ian Lee – a former chairman – will be among the 235 members and guests at the prestigious black-tie event.
Proceeds from a grand auction and raffle are in aid of the New Blendworth Centre in Horndean for people with learning difficulties.
Former England cricketer and in-demand after dinner speaker Geoff Miller will be the star turn.

It covers the first anniversary of the innovative project to convert disused public toilets into new offices for Brewers TLA.
The two-storey development also includes a convenience for community use. Brewers TLA scooped a Highly Commended accolade at News' Business Excellence Awards last week for the project.

Congratulations to all of the winners at the Portsmouth News Business Excellence Awards.
We just missed out on any silverware but we still had a great evening. It fantastic to see so many great businesses recognised at the ceremony. Everybody seemed to have a superb evening.
