New contracts have recently been awarded for Buckingham Palace’s £369m M&E refurbishment programme.
Six leading firms have won the contracts to oversee the 10-year project: Arcadis, Arup, Capita, Gleeds, Mace and WSP.
According to Construction News, the work comes after a report warned that the palace faces a ‘very real danger of catastrophic failure leading to fire or flood’ because of outdated electrics, power and water systems.
A story about our Charity Golf Day has appeared in the June edition of the Southern Daily Echo's Hampshire Business Magazine
The standalone publication - one the leading business titles for the county - features a story with a picture of our employees before the start of the fundraiser at Waterlooville Golf Club.
The event was our most successful golf day so far with more than 70 players from property related firms across Hampshire, London and the South.
Greater emphasis on training of home grown talent, reduced VAT for energy efficient construction materials and more retirement home building are among the measures in the Institution of Mechanical Engineers’ manifesto for the general election.
IMechE has set out its blueprint for the sector as the leading political parties publish their own manifestos for the general election on June 8.
It outlines the priorities for action for the new Government with ‘practical, workable solutions’.
It's official: our Charity Golf Day was the best yet.
