We want you! We've launched a recruitment drive to meet rising demand for our services.
We are bolstering our ranks with up to 10 new staff - including young apprentices - after a record-breaking year in 2014.
As well as apprentices, we need chartered surveyors and property asset data taggers to carry out inventories at properties and provide property services support.
Our director Ian Lee said: “After a record 2014, bringing new blood into the business will help us maintain our momentum as we continue to expand.

Get practising that swing – our bumper charity golf day is just a month away.
Our second extravaganza – with competitions, prizes and a grand draw - is being held on Tuesday April 28 at Waterlooville Golf Club in association with AND Financial Solutions.
It’s all in aid of two very worthy causes: Help for Heroes and the Ickle Pickles charity for premature and seriously ill babies.

You don't have to be Rory McIlroy to get involved in our charity golf day in April!
All standards of players will be taking part in our big tournament with the emphasis on fun and socialising - you can take it as seriously as you like.
We've had a great response from local companies entering teams - and it's 13 down, five to go as we seek sponsorship for the remaining holes.
Sponsorship for a hole is £100 - but it will be well spent as more than 60 golfers will see your support. And it's also in a very worthy cause.

Don't miss out - there are just a few places left at our charity golf day in April at Waterlooville Golf Club.
Our great thanks to all those businesses who have already signed up for the tournament and pledged sponsorship.
We still have a handful of spaces for teams of four as well as some sponsorship slots available for the event on Tuesday April 24
All donations of raffle prizes will be gratefully received as well!

We're aiming to top last year's total at our charity golf day in aid of two worthy causes.
Our second annual tournament is at Waterlooville Golf Club on Tuesday April 28 in aid of Help for Heroes and the Ickle Pickles charity for premature and seriously ill babies.
We've again joined forces with ADN Financial Solutions to tee up the fundraiser - and we're aiming to raise more than the £3,400 we raised at our inaugural tournament in 2013.

What are you up to this weekend?
Many people are out and about househunting or thinking about putting their property up for sale as the market's 'spring bounce' arrives early.
If that's you, there's more good news as the Bank of England has signalled that interest rates could fall even lower than their 300 year historic low of 0.5%.
Governor Mark Carney has suggested that rates could be cut further as inflation continues to fall, largely fuelled by falling oil prices as well as the supermarket price war.

We're involved in one of out more unusual building projects - to convert disused public toilets into new offices.
The project at the former conveniences at Drayton is for local lettings agency Brewers the Lettings Agency.
Brewers aims to move to the two-storey development in Lower Drayton Lane - to be named The Old Loos - from its offices in Cosham High Street when the scheme is finished in May 2015.
James Bengree , who is based at our headquarters on the Fairway Business Centre in Portsmouth, designed the new offices.

Keen companies have already pitched in for a place at our second annual charity golf day.
We're holding the extravaganza with ADN Financial Solutions on Tuesday April 28 at Waterlooville Golf Club.
All proceeds are in aid of Help for Heroes and the Ickle Pickles charity, which helps premature and seriously ill babies.
Nearly all of the holes are now sponsored - although there are a few spots left so please get in touch as soon as possible if you want to give your support.
We've also had a super response with companies already entering teams for the tournament.

A story about our expansion plans for 2015 have gone in the Southern Daily Echo.
It tells of our record-breaking 2014 - our silver anniversary year - and our ambitions for the next 12 months.
Our thanks to all at the Echo for highlighting our successes and plans.
We're aiming for an even better 2015 to offer even higher quality of advice and customer service but also recruit more expert staff and expand our reach across the South.

We've been instructed as the joint auctioneer to a property in Portsmouth.
