McAndrew Martin’s Architecture division was instruction to provide principal design support for a major renovation of the historic Ashburton Hall in Croydon.
We deployed cutting-edge drone technology to create a virtual fly-through of our plans for the interior and exterior of the building.
It was used for a feasibility study into the scope of works needed at the 136-year-old landmark and for the submission of an outline planning application.
Our architectural design, surveying expertise and use of the latest technology contributed to the restoration of this much-loved building to its former glory after many years of neglect.
It now has a café and a range of rooms which are widely used for meetings, concerts, seminars, parties, weddings, social events and activities
