This was a relatively complex job within the MOD estate that required involvement with a lot of additional separate entities like counter terrorism, defence, primary healthcare, as well as the usual authorities required for a build. They overcame the unknowns and assisted the main contractor throughout the build to deliver a very bright, welcoming medical facility that the client is very impressed with.
